Syntra (Android app uno.syntra.mobile, developer Scobovault) — how to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email from the address linked to your account to adaliosemedo@scobovault.org with the subject «Syntra account deletion request».
  2. Include your login email and whether you use the mobile app, the website syntra.uno, or both.
  3. If you have an active subscription (Stripe), say if you want it cancelled immediately — we handle cancellation as part of the request.
  4. We reply to verify your identity (within 7 business days). After confirmation, we delete the account within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Data that is deleted

  • User account (email, name, Supabase authentication)
  • Chat conversations, messages and agent sessions
  • Persistent memory and saved in-app preferences
  • Credit balance and usage history in our database
  • Push notification tokens (mobile app), if any
  • Files you uploaded to the workspace (PDFs, images)

Data we may retain (for a limited time)

  • Billing: payment records, invoices and Stripe identifiers — kept for the legally required period (accounting and tax obligations, typically up to 10 years after the transaction).
  • Security logs: IP addresses, abuse events and rate-limit records — up to 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.
  • Backups: technical copies may persist for up to an additional 30 days, then overwritten.

Alternative: cancel subscription without deleting your account

To stop paying without deleting everything, cancel in Settings → Billing or via the Stripe portal.
